If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make things as smooth and gentle as possible.
➤ Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn
- In their original condition
- In original packaging (including pouch/box/booklet)
Please note: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with the next steps.
➤ Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to complete the refund.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
➤ Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange for a different piece, size, or colour, let us know in your email.
We’ll hold the replacement item for you (if in stock) while your return is on the way.
➤ Faulty or Damaged Items
We stand behind the craftsmanship of every talisman.
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days, please email us with:
- A clear photo or video
- Your order number
We will replace or refund the item immediately.
➤ Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene:
- Earrings are final sale
- Custom or personalised pieces
- Gift cards
